Preschool Teachers’ Lounge Membership Terms of Use

By purchasing access to the Preschool Teachers’ Lounge, you agree to the following membership terms:

1. What’s Included

Your membership includes:
  • Monthly content delivered via our website (training video, tool, tour, interview, and community challenge)
  • Access to a private Facebook group (once granted)
  • Replays and materials stored in a password-protected portal
  • Founding members lock in the rate as long as their membership remains active

2. Access and Login

Membership is for individual use only. Sharing your login or downloads with others is not permitted. Access to the membership site is granted upon purchase and continues as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.

3. Payments and Renewals

Membership to the Preschool Teachers’ Lounge for the 2025–26 school year is a one-time payment. There are no monthly payment plans or automatic renewals. Once purchased, you’ll have access to all membership content and the community for the full school year (August 2025 through June 2026).

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of this membership and the immediate access to downloadable resources, all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be offered after purchase.

5. Behavior and Community Guidelines

Members are expected to treat one another with kindness and professionalism. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the community and membership without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, downloads, and written content are the property of Play to Learn Preschool, LLC. Resources are for your personal classroom use only. You may not share, reproduce, or resell any materials.

7. Changes to the Membership

Play to Learn Preschool reserves the right to change the structure, delivery, or content of the membership at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Q: When does the Lounge officially start?
A: Content drops the first week of each month starting in August. You’ll receive an email reminder when it’s ready.
Q: How do I access the materials?
A: After purchase, you’ll get a link to create your account and log in to the membership site. All materials will be posted inside your dashboard.
Q: Where’s the community?
A: The private Facebook group opens in early August. You’ll get an email with a link to join. That’s where we’ll connect, ask questions, and celebrate wins!
Q: I already have many of the curriculum units—will this be helpful for me?
A: Yes! The Lounge focuses on fresh monthly topics, classroom strategies, and real-life support—not just printables. It’s designed to help you feel more prepared and less alone.
Q: Is this going to be one more thing on my to-do list?
A: Not at all. This space is here to support and simplify, not overwhelm. Everything is saved and waiting for you whenever you have time. No pressure, no deadlines.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Of course. Cancel any time from your account dashboard to avoid future charges. Please note that we don’t offer refunds once a payment is processed.
